CALLED MEETING

APRIL 20, 2006

Chairman Steve Chitwood called the scheduled meeting to order at 12:00 Noon.

PRESENT: Commissioners Steve Chitwood, Kenneth Peeples, and Rex Anderson; County Clerk Donna Patterson; County Attorneys Russell Smith and Brian Ranck

I. EXECUTIVE SESSION

1. PERSONNEL MATTERS

A motion was made by Commissioner Peeples, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to adjourn into Executive Session at 12:01 p.m. to discuss a personnel matter. Motion carried unanimously.

After discussion, a motion was made by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Peeples, to adjourn to regular session at 2:25 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.

II. ADJOURNMENT

There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 2:25 p.m.
